Your Clients' or Customers’ perception of your business can really make or break a business. Deliver quality experiences and products, and they’ll quickly rave about you on social media; mess it up, and they’ll tell the world even faster. Fast growth depends on making your current and potential customers happy with their experience.
Listening to your customers and giving them what they want is of paramount importance.
Diversify your offerings so you can best cater to the customers’ changing taste and engaging with your audience is crucial, but personalising the experience can enhance and strengthen that relationship.
To scale your business quickly be sure to focus on your customer experience at all times.

How do you know if you have a great strategy?
This part is simple. If you have a great strategy your top line revenue will reflect. If your revenue is flat or declining you most likely have a strategy issue.

I’d like to wish all my listeners a wonderful holiday season and hope that you get to spend quality time with your loved ones.
Speaking of spending time with loved ones. I had the most amazing three week visit with my mom and Auntie Simonne who flew over the pond from Canada.
The weather was perfect, we spent every day doing something fun, we had quality time with a lot of laughs! However, sometimes life brings curve balls and we sometimes wonder how we are going to get thru.
Regardless of the troubles we face we still have so much to be grateful for.
There is no better feeling than the gift of giving during the holiday season my most recent act of kindness was a donation to The Hunger Project to help enable women in Africa to be able to access a microfinance loan and financial literacy training so they can build a business like you. You can get more information at https://thp.org.au
I encourage you to do random acts of kindness that continue over throughout the year.
I’d like to end with a quote...
“Pour love into what you do and you will always be doing something you love” - Adele Basheer
Have a great week!
