When I question my podcast guests if they have any personal habits that contribute to their success, an outstanding amount of people talk about their health and wellness routines.

Successful people usually stick to a general routine.  Whether it’s getting up before sunrise every morning for a walk or daily meditations, successful entrepreneurs always have some sort of routine they follow. This allows them to stay on top of their health and fitness and understand what they need to do to keep their diet and life style healthy.

As busy entrepreneurs, it can be challenging to stay on top of healthy eating. Lunch meetings, conferences, grabbing food on the go or even working through lunch with no food – there are times when we have all let the ball slip in these areas. I know I have!!

Big Changes

I have recorded over 44 Golden Nugget Friday episodes since inception of the Inspiring Greatness Podcast.  However after heaps of contemplation, I have decided to discontinue our Golden Nugget Friday episodes. We will continue with the Tuesday interviews of amazing entrepreneurs. This has been a difficult decision for me as really enjoy providing deep dives into interesting topics! I have learned so much and I hope you have also.
