When Jasmin’s mother passed away, leaving behind Roza’s Gourmet Sauces, Jasmin had not planned on continuing her mother’s business of selling her homemade sauces at the end of their driveway. Though it happened, and Jasmin turned the small business into a successful industry manufacturing over 40 products. Jasmin’s spirit of innovation and direction, changed Roza’s gourmet sauces into a multi-million-dollar company. In this 30min interview she tells us how being a go-getter and speaking her mind led her to success.
